Anything you buy from Lenses Craft can be replaced or exchanged within 10 days subject to terms and conditions, if:
- The size or any other detail does not match the given descriptions.
- The Product(s) are unused.
- All Labels and Tags are intact.
Terms and Conditions:
- We provide an exchange policy if there is any defective product.
- Opened lenses cannot be exchanged under any circumstances.
- Customers must check parcel contents before opening the seal of the product.
- The unopened/defective item is to be packed and sent by you to our given address.
- Kindly WhatsApp with the issue within 12 hrs. of delivery.
- No complaint will be entertained after 72 hours of the item being delivered.
